Ryouga spotting. Help!

Does anyone remember a Ranma 1/2 filler episode where Ryouga's looking lost at a bus stop? Nearly the entire cast was taking some sort of bus roadtrip, and they snagged him as they passed by, pulling him inside. They all were smiling at him as he had a surprised/confused look on his face.

It's in a Ryouga based music video I have and I'm guessing it's from an episode I've never seen or hasn't come to North America yet. I skip a lot of filler, but that one moment in that one scene would be worth the price to me. It had that "Hibiki Magical Mystery Tour" kind of vibe! ;D

Okay, I just watched the video again and they're not smiling at him. They're staring at him like he's a idiot.  

Then Akane smiles at him, so it's okay.  

Then Ukyou shoves her out of the bus and starts making out with him.

Okay, fine, that obviously didn't happen, but it would've been kewl. Plus the title should have been Magical Mystery Hibiki Tour. Kami, I'm picky...
